Martin Trainer, Inventor of Planking

Something little known about me, is that in addition to being a French speaking socialist professional athlete, is I actually invented the popular phenomenon known as “planking”. You can read more about my invention via this excellently written Wikipedia article.

In addition to having invented planking, I am the first professional planker, regularly being paid for promotional plank appearances on television. Here are some stills from my most recent plank shoot. Astute fans will notice that I practice the original “seal style” plank, and not the more popular but less authentic “superman” or “dead” styles.
